Subcon 2016 a Success for Alpha Manufacturing

As part of an ambitious sales and marketing push during 2016, Alpha identified the Subcon show as an ideal place to exhibit, with a focus on raising brand awareness and gaining new industry contacts.

The show proved to be a complete success on both fronts with plenty of visitors to the stand during the show and lots of enquires to be followed up in the coming days following the show.

Friendly Competition

To add a little friendly competition to the show, Alpha took a driving simulator along and offered an i Pad as the prize for the visitor with the fastest lap.

A time of 2:00 minutes, set on day 1, stood at the top of the leader board for 2 days until it was obliterated by the eventual winner – Sven Muechler with a time of 1.55.

Rob Eley, Alpha’s Commercial Manager was delighted with the overall success of the show:

“This show and our strategy going forward, is about making more noise than we have in the past, we know how good we are and just need to spread that message and be pro-active in terms of marketing ourselves.

We couldn’t be happier with the results of the show, the feedback we got from visitors at the show and those we have spoken to again since has been extremely positive.”

The Alpha sales and marketing teams’ primary focus over the next few weeks is maximising the opportunities and leads gathered at the show and beginning to build relationships with potential new customers.
