AND Digital brings 100 new Technology jobs to Manchester and surrounding area
AND Digital will bring 100 new jobs in digital to the Manchester and the surrounding area over the next six months as sights are set on expanding to the thriving tech hubs of the north of England.
We are pleased to announce that we will be basing our new Club in Manchester, with a goal to address the digital skills needs of this area as well as the surrounding counties. After a consideration of different locations and combining this with demand from our current and exciting new clients, it was an obvious choice for us to continue our growth story in the thriving digital ecosystem of the northern cities and surrounding area. This forms an integral part our plan that will see creation of 350 tech jobs between now and end 2019.
Not only is this area a technology powerhouse and brimming with curious and clever digital minds, it’s also the home to many organisations wanting to accelerate their digital capability. We want to be a part of this growing community of tech brilliance.
AND Digital’s vision has always been to build a business that could successfully scale at speed, and keep the AND Digital quality and special unique personality. Our Club model has enabled us to do this. We were confident in the design that this special structure would work, however it is only recently where we have completed the build of two Clubs in London that have we really proven our model can work at scale. We are excited to build on the success we have had in London by spreading our wings and setting up in the north too.
Manchester Club
We recognise that there is a vast amount of digital talent in this area, and we are excited to be a part of it and share what we do with them and continue to build remarkable digital products with our clients.
As of now we are actively hiring in this area for Software Engineers (.Net, C#), Front End Software Engineers (JavaScript) and Business Analysts, Squad Leads and Associates (recent graduates) to be the part of the first Squads in the new Club and we are scouting out new spaces for our Club House. www.and.digital/join-us
