Divine Mercy Genaral Hospital Treats its First Patients with Ariba Charity

The Divine Mercy General Hospital in Uganda has finally opened its doors and has started treating its first patients. Thanks to the generosity of the friends of Ariba, together with Tim Beacon from Medical Aid International CIC UK, a container full of medical equipment arrived in Uganda last month.

Ariba has purchased and delivered a 40ft container to Fr John's Divine Mercy General Hospital in Uganda. The container was full of essential medical equipment that has enabled the hospital to begin operating. Ariba Charity volunteers and supporters are over the moon and have returned to work refreshed and ready for the next project.

Ariba Charity - Building Futures through Funky Dance! Ugandan Province.
Many communities in Zambia and Uganda are affected by extreme poverty and hunger. Many people suffer from the aids virus leaving young orphaned children to fend for themselves on the streets. As the charity is run by a very small dedicated group of volunteers, no salaries are paid which enables Ariba to invest every penny donated towards supporting these communities.
