Avant Garde Ideals CEO Delivers Speech about how to Become a Leader in Business
Avant Garde Ideals, a young outsourced sales and marketing firm is building upon its success in the South of England in its new home city of Edinburgh. Paul Weston, Avant Garde Ideals CEO was chosen to speak at a seminar hosted by a Multi-national Sales Organisation in Glasgow on the 17th of February. The event, held at the Crowne Plaza, was for the benefit of young entrepreneurs looking to start their own business in the near future. Paul Weston, being a fairly new business owner himself, spoke about how Avant Garde Ideals has managed to prosper since its inception in June 2012. He feels that the reason why the business has experienced such success and growth is due to the relationships he builds with those who he works alongside. By forgetting his title and remembering to have small conversations with every individual, Weston contributes to Avant Garde Ideals’ team spirit which boots the satisfaction and motivation of his employees.
In his speech, Paul Weston went on to provide important advice to the audience, “Do not waste a day of business. Treat every day the same and have the same intensity.” This level of commitment to hard work will pay off in time and help to accomplish a business’ goals, as Avant Garde Ideals has experienced. He highlighted the importance of being able to train others and even replace yourself in order to expand, urging listeners to take control of their own success, by directly seeking achievement out on a daily basis. Alongside Avant Garde Ideals, other knowledgeable speakers from different industries at the event spoke to the aspiring entrepreneurs about business goal setting as well as the characteristics and habits which new business owners should possess.
