BIMES in the United Arab Emirates next up to partner with BIMobject AB
BIMES (BIM engineering Solutions) with it’s head office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates today signed a franchisee agreement with BIMobject AB to become the latest partner for the Swedish content management company.
BIMES is operating in the whole Middle East area and is very successful with integration and implementation of BIM in the AEC industry. Adding the BIMobject concept to their business model will give a new depth to the details and richness of information in the BIM model and support the growing demand for manufacturer specific content in the form of BIM objects.
The construction industry in the area is once again gaining momentum, especially in Saudi-Arabia with the worlds tallest Kingdom tower and Qatar with the upcoming world cup in football in 2022. BIM objects will be a needed component to get better control of construct-ability, costs, visualisations, communication and simulations. BIM objects will also be a vehicle to use for European manufacturers that wishes to tender and market themselves into this dynamic market and secure future growth when demands will decrease in Europe and elsewhere.
The collaboration between BIMES and BIMobject AB will leverage the possibility for manufacturers in the architectural, construction and interior industry to establish themselves in the Middle East. BIMES will serve as a regional partner and work under the trade name BIMobject ME.
