BIMobject AB: subscription of warrants series 2015/2018
The Annual General Meeting of BIMobject AB (”BIMobject”) the 16th of June 2015 resolved on a directed issue of warrants with the right to subscribe for new shares in the company. The issue, which amounted to a maximum of 760 000 warrants series 2015/2018, were executed with a deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights.
A total of 522 500 warrants series 2015/2018 were subscribed, which allows for the right to subscribe to 522 500 new shares in BIMobject. The subscription, which was allowed with a deviation from the shareholder's preferential rights, was granted solely to the employees of the company, key persons and to Procedural Labs AB.
The warrants of series 2015/2018 can be used to acquire newly issued shares in the company during the period 10th of August 2018 to 31st of August 2018. At full utilisation of the warrants, the share capital of BIMobject will increase by SEK 22 990. Full utilisation of the warrants will bring a dilution of approx. 2,4 per cent, this is however on the condition that no other changes will affect the share capital before the warrants are used. The warrants subscribed by Procedural Labs AB should be reserved for future assignment to new employees of the company.
