BIMobject® moves part of its content production from India to Poland due to innovative solutions
BIMobject today announces that the Revit content development subsidiary in India is closed down and the production is moved to the Polish subsidiary, to further increase production effectiveness, quality and speed.
BIMobject's main part of content production is in Hungary, Bosnia, Ukraine, Sweden and Poland. There are also more than 70 accredited and independent BIMscript® developers all over the world.
BIMobject India was intended as a group resource to find talented Revit developers for developing high quality Revit content in big volumes. It has turned out to be more challenging than expected to find people with the required skillset and hence the production has been suffering and not reached the targets, which has led to the decision to cease the Indian operation.
With the new innovations like BIMobject Mosquito and BIMscript & LENA we totally change the game, and we need new type of skills. Our above mentioned technology removes a major part of the manual work in content production and the quality process looks totally different. With this in mind we have decided to move the Indian part of the Revit-production to Gliwice in Poland. In Gliwice we have a pool of engineers, architects and 3d modelers that fits better with our new technology.
With the move, our production will be inside Europe and we will have no timezone differences, which will increase production and quality. The production unit is completely focused on using the new BIMscript in full scale production and it is not any longer limited to producing one single file format. With the BIMscript processes in Poland, we will have 7 file formats including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Sketchup and IFC.
BIMscript & LENA are completely connected to the BIMobject Cloud and are working with the principles of single source of truth enabling a secure and unbroken information flow through the whole content creation process.
