Considerable interest in BIMobject’s options program – Subscription rate 94,13 %
The exercise period for the warrants of series TO 1, which were issued in conjunction with BIMobject’s listing issue, expired on 15 April 2015. In total, 94,13 per cent of the warrants were subscribed for, which means that BIMobject® will receive approximately SEK 53,4 million before issue costs.
In total, 5 083 164 warrants were subscribed for, which means that 5 083 164 new shares will be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. BIMobject® will consequently receive approximately SEK 53,4 million before issue costs. After registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the number of shares in BIMobject® will total 21 889 344 and the share capital will amount to SEK 963 131,136.
