Havoc delve into Jack Canfield’s stress Reducing Tips

Sales and Marketing expert  Havoc understands that the sales industry is perceived as a high-stress environment. With ones professional progression determined by their personal success in the field, Havoc realises that its contractors may be placing a tremendous amount of pressure on themselves which may be causing vast amounts of stress. The firm wants its workforce to look forward to coming into work and do not want them to see their work as a negative. With its contractors' headspace in mind, the firm has turned to the sage advice of business coach Jack Canfield to realise how its workforce can reduce their stress levels.

About the firm - http://www.thisishavoc.co.uk/about/

The firm wants each of the sales representatives to take care of themselves first. When under pressure, individuals often throw out simple practices like eating good food, sleeping well and exercising. This has been pointed out by Jack Canfield as a critical problem which perpetuates a circle of unhealthy behaviour. Instead, the firm is asking each of its workforce to structure its timetable, so they have enough time to take care of themselves.

Further to this, Havoc wants its workforce to understand that they are allowed to reward themselves if they succeed. The firm implores each contractor to take personal time to themselves in reward for hitting their targets. If that is going to the theatre, socialising with friends, exercising, going away for the weekend, the firm is insistent that its workforce does not lose sight of their own lives due to the demands they face at work.

The firm is also keen that sales representatives stay away from those who have negative outlooks. Stress is not helped when people surround themselves with individuals who cannot look on the brighter side of life. Havoc believes that in times of stress, those who can provide support are more important for picking contractors out of stressful circles of thought. Sometimes, individuals need people to help them through the hard times with motivation, and this is often not found in those who are pessimistic. Moving forward, the firm is keen for its workforce to reevaluate those they surround themselves with to maximise their success in the field.
