Press release -

Legends Incorporated focus on why thinking in the now is so important in sales.

Sales and Marketing expert, Legends Incorporated, has shifted its focus toward its workforce “thinking in the now.” With the New Year looming, the firm is worried that its contractors will wait until the eve of 2018 to begin to think about how they can change their professional practices. Instead, the company is a strong proponent of its workforce doing daily and weekly assessments of their performance to keep themselves thinking in the now. Especially with the lead up to Christmas in full swing, Legends Incorporated want each of its sales representatives to find the things they need to work on and change them as they come along, rather than wait.

With this initiative in mind, the managing director is giving his contractors his top tips for keeping minds present in the now. Titling this workshop “the art of now”, MrNosal has released his top tips in a recent interview. They are as follows:

1) Do not wait to make a change

If a contractor experiences a failure in the field, Legends Incorporated wants its workforce to delve into why that failure took place on the day. Rather than wait until the end of the week, the company wants each of its contractors to make an assessment there and then to minimise the time left pondering. Then, with or without the council of their peers they should attempt to make a change. Whether this is through an alteration of tone during a pitch or a consideration of their body language, Legends Incorporated has recognised the most successful individuals make change faster than others.

2) Practice Mindfulness

The firm also wants its workforce to consider practising mindfulness outside their working hours. The practice is known for enabling individuals to think in the now and remove themselves from the worries about past actions or future consequences. The company wants its workforce to be situated in the now, rather than worrying about how their next interaction with a potential customer will go. Legends Incorporated will be providing its workforce with a mindfulness workshop in coming weeks in hopes that their contractors use it both for their mental health and performance in the field.

With these two tips, Mr Nosal is confident his workforce will be well equipped to stay within the now. He wants each professional to consider how they can change, how quickly they can make that change and then how they can keep their mind focused during their working day. Once they have found the formula, he is confident they will begin to exceed their sales targets and help contribute to the growth of the firm.
