Budgets and buses – at your township forum

A budget road show from Bury Council is on the agenda when Bury West Township Forum meets on Wednesday 6 January.

The Bury operations manager for First will also be there to discuss any issues people want to raise about local bus services.

There will also be updates from the police, the forum’s advisory group, and the funding available to voluntary and community groups.

More details will be given about the Bury West Township Area Plan, and there will be the usual open forum for people to ask questions.

The meeting is at Bolton Road Methodist Church and starts at 7pm.
