Buses, parking, police and more – at the forum

A wide range of local issues will be discussed when Whitefield and Unsworth Township Form meets on Tuesday 8 March.

Residents are invited to come and have their say at the Elms Community Centre, starting at 6.30pm.

Council officers will present updates on car parking and local matters of concern including the Uplands, the former Town Hall, Hickory Grange, Porada and Pilsworth.

A representative from First Group will speak about bus services, and there will be updates from the police and about the Town Plan, and the funding available to local groups. There will also be the usual public question time and open forum.

Please note: The PACT (Police And Communities Together) meeting will start at 5.30pm before the Forum. Meet your neighbourhood policing team and discuss issues one to one.
