Create mythical creatures for Halloween Festival

Schools are invited to take part in the spectacular Whitefield Halloween Festival and show off their artistic talents.

The festival, now in its third year, takes place on Sunday 27 October in Hamilton Road Park, Whitefield. One of the highlights will be a display of Mythical Creature Creations, made by young students at schools across the borough.

The event is supported by Bury Council and GM Police to encourage children to celebrate the holiday responsibly.

Entertainment includes ghoulish tales, pumpkin carving, lantern parades, monster masks, minstrels’ corner, creepy animals, bats, falconry, archery, tarot, hog roast. There is also a variety of stalls selling Fairtrade products/clothing and Halloween paraphernalia.
