It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing!

Lovers of wartime music are invited to a Forties Swing Night in aid of the Mayor of Bury’s charities.

It takes place on Friday 4 April at the Elizabethan Suite in Bury Town Hall, 7pm for 7.30pm.

The night features live music from the Swing Commanders Band, and Forties dress is optional.

Proceeds will go to local charities, Bury Cancer Support Centre and Making Space, as chosen by the mayor, Councillor Sharon Briggs.
