Leisure centre wins Quest for approval

Ramsbottom Pool and Fitness Centre has again won approval from UK sports accreditation body Quest.

It follows a two-day visit to assess cleanliness, customer service, health and safety, operations and the successful Learn to Swim scheme.

After a thorough inspection and interviews with staff, the inspectors evaluated their findings and awarded the centre a “Good” banding.

Quest is the UK quality scheme for sport and leisure, designed to promote high industry standards, good practice and continuous improvement focused on the customer.
