Market traders rally round for local flood victims

Big-hearted traders on Bury Market rallied round to help those worst affected by the Boxing Day floods.

They got together a huge collection of fruit, vegetables, meat, bread and confectionery.

The food was donated to the volunteer centre at Radcliffe Girls & Boys Club where meals will be made and distributed to the many families in the area who are without power and essential services.
