New health centre plans to be discussed by forum


An update on plans for a new health and care centre will be discussed by Whitefield and Unsworth Township Forum.

Residents are invited to listen to the latest progress from NHS Bury CCG when the forum meets on Tuesday 14 March at the Elms Community Centre in Whitefield (start: 6.30pm).

There will also be latest progress of the libraries review and the options out for public consultation as well as updates from the local police, Uplands, Former Town Hall, Hickory Grange, Porada and Pilsworth (Park66).

A Market Place with Healthwatch Bury will commence at 5.30pm where members of the public can find out more about services on offer.
