New Year meeting of Radcliffe Township Forum

Radcliffe residents are invited to have their say when the local township forum meets on Monday 11 January.

The main item on the agenda is a budget road show, where Bury Council representatives will outline the authority’s spending plans for the next financial year.

There will also be an update on the Healthier Radcliffe pilot scheme, and latest news from the police. Reports will also be given about the township Area Plan, the work of the forum’s advisory group, and about the money available to local community and voluntary groups.

The meeting is at Radcliffe Civic Hall and starts at 6pm. The usual open forum and public question time is also on the agenda.

  • Members of the Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding their Police And Communities Together (PACT) meeting from 5pm before the forum meeting. Residents are welcome to discuss any issues relating to crime and disorder.
