Saved by the Book – raise money for Bury Hospice by reading

Readers young and old are invited to enjoy their hobby while raising money for Bury Hospice.

Saved by the Book is a great way to borrow books from your local library, encourage young people to read, and help people from the comfort of your sofa.

First of all, call into Ramsbottom Library and pick up a Bury Hospice collection box to have at home, at your reading group or at school. Decide how much you can afford to donate for each book you borrow and read from one of our libraries. Every time you finish a library book, put your donation in your Bury Hospice Collection Box.

All boxes must be handed in to Ramsbottom Library by 30 November 2017, and the money raised will be sent to Bury Hospice the following day.

Want to take part? Call in at Ramsbottom Library or email Louise at L.Guilfoyle@bury.gov.uk
