Township focus on Bury West

Local priorities will be discussed when Bury West Township Forum holds its first meeting of 2014 on Thursday 16 January.

The agenda includes the latest news of the local Area Plan, which identifies the main issues and action taken on a wide range of matters relevant to Bury West.

There will also be a report from the Bury Third Sector Development Agency and Healthwatch, and updates from the police and from the forum’s advisory group.

The meeting is at the Elton Centre in Alston Street, Bury and starts at 7pm. The usual open forum and public question time will be on the agenda in the second half of the meeting.
