- US fashion retailer continues UK expansion -
CBRE, on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, has signed a new store for US fashion retailer Urban Outfitters in York City Centre.
The fashion retailer has signed a 15-year lease for the 10,253 square foot store at 26/27 High Ousegate located in the heart of York’s retail district.
Tim Starling, CBRE Retail, commented:
"Urban Outfitters has had a long standing requirement for York and this iconic building fits the brand’s image extremley well.”
