A Night of Cars and Stars in Aberdeen
Luxury Rolls Royce and Aston Martins provided a sumptuous backdrop, as over 100 guests enjoyed the sunshine and music at the St James Place Wealth Management Aberdeen offices.
Aberdeen has long been known for its affluence and longstanding successful business community. These achievements were celebrated in style at the weekend as Gary Walker and Co Wealth Management played host to a collection of nine of the finest motor vehicles in the Leven Car Company range. With the imposing two tone beauty of a Rolls Royce Wraith parked on the scenic forecourt of the iconic Aberdeen offices, heads were turned and jaws dropped, as passersby were treated to a veritable feast of motoring magic. The sleek lines of an Aston Martin DBS attracted the eye of many guests and the Leven Team were on hand to provide test drives and in-depth knowledge of the complex specification of these automotive works of art.Friday evening saw West End performers Goldstone Live provide a memorable set of smash hits with a captivated audience clamoring for more from the tantalising trio of singers. The glamour of the guests was beautifully complemented by the acts as Goldstone, Rosemary Quaye and Alexandra Legouix set pulses racing as a fitting accompaniment to the revved up roar of the Aston Sport's glorious engine.
The event hosts, Gary Walker and MD of Leven Car Company Chris McMahon commented,

As the sound of sumptuous Sax played into the late evening, guests leaving the event commented on a thoroughly enjoyable evening which will live long in their memory. A passing young boy on his way home pleaded for his Dad to stop the car to take a look at the amazing cars on show. The hosts were more than happy to oblige to make this little boy's dream come true, as he sat in the sumptuous splendour of the most famous luxury cars in the world.
Further events are planned in Aberdeen to promote the work of both Gary Walker and Co and The Leven Car Company to celebrate success in the Granite City.

Hugh McMahon founded the Lomond Audi Group in 1998, growing the business from a £19m turnover single site employing 30 staff to a £200m turnover, four site, 500 staff business. Hugh accepted an offer to sell the business to Lookers PLC in July 2012, and as retirement was never an option, he set out on his next business journey. Along with his son Christopher, and Brian Ritchie, a Finance Director who had worked previously with Hugh in Lomond, they set about acquiring a completely different business. In April 2014, they acquired the property and assets of the Murray Group and were granted the franchise for Rolls Royce Motor Cars for Scotland and Northern Ireland and Aston Martin for Scotland. The Leven Car Company was born.
