ComAround blogs on the new generation of web-based self-service

We are now launching the 5th generation of web-based self-service that we call ComAround Zero™. It has been developed to enable users and support departments to obtain and provide help and support rapidly as and when it is needed, in the form it is desired, wherever this should happen to be. The name has its origin in the concept Zero Level support. ComAround Zero™ signifies support at the right time, for you, wherever you happen to be.

The development of the new generation is in full swing and we plan to be in a position to deliver the service after the summer. During this ongoing development, our Product Owner  Björn Björkman and Conny Sandström, responisble for technical development, will write intresting blog articles which enable one to find out the latest news concerning ComAround Zero™ and, at the same time, to share the lessons to be learned within the development area.

You can follow their blog articles at http://comaround.wordpress.com/category/comaround-zero/ .

The first blog article has now appeared "Technical development with agile methods at ComAround" .
