Employee Satisfaction: crealytics Ranks Among Top Three Employers

Passau, 25 November 2014 – According to a study on employee satisfaction conducted by the employer assessment platform kununu, crealytics GmbH occupies third place in the marketing/advertising/PR sector. With an overall score of 4.13 (the maximum possible score being 5), the paid search specialist only marginally falls short of Gevekom GmbH from Dresden (4.37) and webguerillas GmbH from Munich (4.14) in the study conducted for the PR journal. In 2013, crealytics achieved second place, behind Consense Communications GmbH, in an employee satisfaction survey carried out by kununu for the magazine Werben&Verkaufen.

crealytics, which has been conferred the distinctions "Top Company" and "Open Company", comes off well in all categories, with appraisals ranging from good to very good. Staff cohesion, the work climate and the corporate image have been assessed as being particularly good. The favourable working environment is also repeatedly praised in the remarks. In assessing crealytics GmbH, kununu has taken recourse to 46 evaluations carried out by former and current employees. A total of 100 staff members work for the search engine advertising specialist at its three offices in Berlin, Passau and London.

The current study is based upon 12,000 assessments of 4,011 companies engaged in the marketing/advertising/PR sector. So as to ensure an accurate and a representative evaluation of the results, kununu lists various criteria that must be met. For one, the company must hold the status "Top Company". To achieve this, a company must have been evaluated no fewer than six times by (ex-)employees, achieving an average score of at least 3.0. And for another, at least 34 employer reviews specific to the marketing/advertising/PR sector must subsist. At least one of these must be from 2014.
