Join DRWF and the specialist diabetes teams from North Tees and Hartlepool NHS for our 4th collaborative Diabetes Wellness Day North East. This unique event provides a wealth of type1 and type2 diabetes information, giving you the chance to learn more about your diabetes. The aim is to support a pro-active approach to good self-management skills and subsequently improve quality of life.
