It’s been quiet for some time for MISS CHAIN AND THE BROKEN HEELS, their extensive touring in 2015 and after their second album (The Dawn, released by Burger, Bachelor and Tre Accordi), band members went their own way to pursue solo careers, starting a booking agency, building a studio, and just taking a breath, Italian style.

After few months things started to get back to form again, with a string of shows in the spring of 2016 and newly recorded single. You can immediately hear the warm, power pop shaped melodies and subtle garage rock overtones from the time the needle hits the grooves. While the A side track is more a classic uptempo offering, the flipside presents a slower hip shaker with infectious moody and mellow hooks that get under the ears.

This single has been pressed in limited edition, so you should hurry to snatch a copy. Both albums has been sold out as most of the other releases from their extensive back catalog.  The single is just a taste of things to come for this wonderfully quirky quartet from Northern Italy; a couple of shows are planned for the last two months of 2016, a bigger tour through Europe is in the works as well as a third full length album for 2017.
