Apr 24, 2013 11:25 BST The Fraud Advisory Panel (FAP) in conjunction with Edmonds Marshall McMahon have today released a "Fraud Factsheet" in relation to private prosecutions. FAP often publish factsheets for companies and individuals on both the prevention of fraud and what to do when one becomes a victim of fraud.
