MKFC at eLearning Africa 2011 - eInclusion in Hostile Environments workshop

Peter Kalanzi from MKFC will present at this year eLearning Africa, the 6th International Conference on ICT for Development, Education and Training, taking place May 25 – 27, 2011 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

MKFC has been participating in this conference since the start and this year presentation from Peter will deal with “eInclusion in Hostile Environments: e-education and e-teacher training in war torn countries.”

  • It highlights methods and approach Education Finder-MKFC Stockholm and Helsinki College have been using in providing education as case examples.
  • EF-MKFC’s eTeacher Training in Service program which addresses the importance of strategic implementation of ICT policies and strategies in education.
  • Results and solutions will be shown in the case example of Somaliland and Palestine using the Nordic European Education tradition and culture (Finland and Sweden) as a solution for e-Inclusion.
