MKFC start transportation business in Nigeria!
Only 15 per cent of Nigerian entrepreneurs are women — one of the lowest shares in all Sub-Saharan Africa. Female entrepreneurs need credit more than men, but they are less likely to apply for and less likely to obtain a loan. Lets hear MKFC co worker Lilian Chibikos own words:
I wonder why girls cannot find education possibilities in many areas in my hometown Imo-State in Nigeria. I found out after my visit to Nigeria a good way to raise funding. I am going to buy a bus and put it for transportation of people between Imo- State and other places. One buss costs 50.000 Skr.
The business is well structured in this form, passengers pay at the park to the cashier and after loading, and the driver drives them to their destination. The bus is payed within 6 months and generates another bus. After that fees are going to support education for girls and young women.
