Mona Sahlin new board member of the Expo Foundation

Mona Sahlin, former leader of the Social democratic party, is a new
board member of the Expo Foundation. She replaces Mikael Lundh who has
left his place on the board after many years of service.

- We are very pleased to welcome Mona Sahlin to the board. Mona is
very dedicated to the subject we work with and her long political
experience will be a great contribution in our task to shed light on
phenomenon’s regarding racism and xenophobia, says chairman Charles
Westin.

- The fight against racism and xenophobia has always been important to
me, and it feels natural to continue this struggle with the Expo
foundation, says Mona Sahlin.

The Expo foundation board now has the following members:

•       Chairman Charles Westin, professor in international migration and
ethnic relations. Earlier chairman of the Ceifo center, a research
institution focusing on international migration and ethnic relations
at the university of Stockholm.

•       Kerstin Brunnberg, former CEO of Swedish Radio, chairman of the National Council for Culture.

•       Robert Hårdh, head of Civil Rights Defenders.

•       Cecilia Stegö Chiló, Senior advisor of Springtime AB.

•       Robert Aschberg, tv-host at Strix Television.

•       Peter Christensen, economist.

•       Mona Sahlin

•       Daniel Poohl, Editor in Chief Expo Magazine/Managing Director Expo Foundation
