Findcourses.co.uk hosts exclusive networking event for HR and L&D professionals

On 12^th September 2013, Findcourses.co.uk – part of the FindCourses Global group of companies –  will be organising its first UK event dedicated to HR and L&D professionals. Taking advantage of the parent company’s Swedish roots [FindCourses Global was founded in Sweden, where it continues to have its main offices today], the event will be hosted in collaboration with the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in London at the prestigious Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel in Leicester Square.

The main goal of the event is to bring together leading practitioners for an evening workshop and networking opportunity with peers from a variety of industries. Participants will also be able to meet members of Chamber, benefiting from the possibility of discussing and sharing common problems related to staff training, as well as best practice examples. The evening will begin with an introduction by Mattias Säker, CEO of FindCourses Global, who will present current trends in the training industry as monitored by the FindCourses European network, revealing how and where companies are investing in professional training, as well as highlighting projections for the future. In response to recent research outlining the large proportion of employees across the UK who report having to work during their free time, it will then feature an exclusive time management workshop, delivered by training company FranklinCovey on the basis of their award-winning “The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity”. This interactive session will be a unique occasion for guests to sample and take away important insights from a renowned time management programme, designed to tangibly increase productivity by giving individuals, teams and entire organisations the knowledge to make high-impact choices about how to invest their time and energy in the workplace.
Networking opportunities will follow in a dedicated 1.5 hour slot during which drinks and snacks will be served.
