Finegreen at NHS Providers conference next week - tie in with launch of our Board Capability division

We are thrilled to announce that to add to our existing Executive Recruitment offering, Finegreen has recently acquired The idm Group, a specialist Board Capability organisation which has over 20 years’ extensive experience in supporting Boards from numerous UK sectors.

As a result Finegreen has developed a Board Capability Division and has three core services to support NHS Boards:

• Board/ Governance Evaluations (Using a unique approach to support NHS Boards through Peer Assessments)
• Executive Development (Accredited and tailored programmes to support current Directors and talent succession plans)
• Executive Mentoring (Using experienced Directors as mentors in a focused 1:1 relationship)

David Hannath

David has over 15 years’ experience working with Boards, Directors and senior executives in many sectors in the UK, mainly working with The idm Group – a specialist Board Development company. Within the NHS he has led FT Governance Reviews, and supported the development of numerous NHS Boards as effective working groups and through individual coaching and mentoring.

He is fully active in the Health and Social Care arena as a Non-Executive Director of a Fostering and Residential service organisation in the West Midlands which has won awards for its commitment to quality.
