A leading Clinical Commissioning Group in the South West is looking for an interim Associate Director of Commissioning with a particular emphasis on Acute Contracting.

This leading CCG is looking for someone to lead on:

• Day to day operational and performance management of a large Acute Trust contract;
• Liaising with the CSU;
• Delivering conclusions to items on the transition schedule, overseeing relevant audits and reports and agreeing implementation action and timescales of outcomes reached;
• Managing and closing down items on the issue log;
• Running the preparation for performance meetings including agreeing agenda, escalating unresolved actions, overseeing issuing of performance issues to the provider in advance;
• Urgent care network - key items are system escalation and system dashboard development;
• Working with the chair to ensure delivery of the focus areas;
• Taking a hands on lead in translating the ambition into actions and delivering the actions alongside stakeholders;
• Bed based initiatives - input to intermediate care, discharge to assess, GP step up beds including managing the set up and co-ordinating between the multiple parties involved.
