Our featured job of the week is for a leading NHS organisation, who are looking to appoint a highly skilled interim to support the Quality Governance Directorate whilst they recruit to the permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for all clinical governance and risk management procedures and strategies for the organisation;
• Hold providers to account for the delivery of quality and safety;
• Act as a clinical lead in professional area of expertise;
• Ensure that systems and processes are in place to support the development of quality standards in commissioned services, identifying and monitoring clinical indicators and outcome measures, including quality improvement and CQUIN schemes;

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered clinical professional with current registration;
• Demonstrable experience of leading on policy development and implementation;
• Self-directed, focused and committed to achieving excellence.
