Our featured job of the week is for an Interim Director of Performance Improvement and Transformation, required in the East of England.

Key responsibilities for the post include;

• Develop Transformation and Org Dev Strategies
• Lead on service rationalisation and restructuring
• Lead PMO + CIPs delivery support/modelling
• Develop and improve Demand and Capacity Planning
• Lead on Estate rationalisation
• Manage Internal/External communications, engagement and stakeholder relationships
• Business Planning Lead
• Lead for redesign of care pathways and models of integrated care
• Monitor and report on improvement and transformation projects
• Assist HR Director with Workforce Transformation
• Develop and maintain Commercial partnerships
• Development of new income streams
