We are currently assisting our client, an NHS organisation in Cambridgeshire, in their search for a substantive Head of Estates.

Suitable candidates will have experience in managing Hard Facilities / Engineering services within a large, complex, multi-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will hold an engineering or building services degree (or equivalent) and have good budgetary and staff management experience with a track record of delivering change.

Experience of implementing and using technology based platforms such as CAFM systems to reduce backlog maintenance issues and move towards a planned maintenance regime would be advantageous.
