We are currently partnered with one of the UK’s largest private hospitals, dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise. Established in 1932 and situated in the heart of London’s medical community.

The post is at The London Clinic, main hospital building which spans Harley Street and Devonshire Place. It has eight floors, each with dedicated nursing teams covering specialty areas of medicine and surgery. The hospital comprises over 250 beds, 17 theatres (including a minimally invasive theatre and the new Hybrid vascular theatre), an endoscopy unit, a radiology unit, dialysis and Intensive Care Unit.

This exciting transformational and influential post will, in conjunction with the Director of Nursing and the Senior Management Team within, lead and implement the delivery of the nursing strategy across the organisation. You will be accountable for the delivery and performance management of high quality services.

A highly visible, proactive and accessible leader, acting as a clinical resource and ensuring the sustained delivery of high standards of compassionate care. Undertaking quality rounds and being proactive about engaging with service areas where required.

You will have a track record of supporting change and transformation projects, you will have the ability to innovate and problem solve. Developing and communicating clear objectives to teams and ensure that they are delivered, and to contribute to the strategic direction and implementation of the corporate objectives.

The post holder will be a Registered Nurse registration to the NMC. You will deputise in the absence of the Director of Nursing, instilling confidence and trust from the Director of Nursing and Senior Management Team.
