They are now looking to appoint an outstanding Medical Director who will help to lead the Trust at a pivotal time, not just for HCT but for the wider healthcare system. As Medical Director you will have a critical and leading role to play in taking forward and shaping the health and wellbeing strategy, driving quality improvement, giving strong professional leadership to and developing their talented medical and wider clinical workforce, driving forward clinical outcomes and effectiveness. You will need to foster relationships with General Practitioners and other medical colleagues and clinical leads across the system.

You will also have the chance to build their relationship with University College London Partners and take forward exciting collaboration around research and development of integrated models of care and pathways.

You may currently be working in community services, general practice, a commissioning environment, mental health or the acute sector – irrespective of your background, we are looking for an individual who will bring passion, commitment and energy to the role and play a full part as a member of the Trust Board.
