Our featured job of the week is an exciting opportunity to join a new and unique health care company. 3Sixty Care is a joint venture between 3Sixty Care Ltd GP Federation and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. With the NHS under increasing pressure to deliver more for less, it has become increasingly clear that collaboration and new models of care will be essential to delivering the transformation required. As a Multi-disciplinary Community Provider we will provide prevention programmes, treatment and support for our patients where they live.

Northamptonshire is increasingly gaining national prominence for the strength, breadth and depth of its work in developing innovative and integrated primary and community health delivery solutions. In North Northamptonshire, through the 3 Sixty Care Partnership there is a rich history of general practice innovation combined with significant transformation in community services. GPs and primary and community health practitioners actively encourage collaboration between patients, their carers and the voluntary sector to join up and maximise the benefits of the great range of services that we provide.

We now need to take our ambitions for our Partnership and our populations to the next level now, and capitalise on the huge range of opportunities that the current health and social care context offers us. Whilst some of these may present as challenges, we firmly believe that we have the resources, energy drive and optimism to be in the best place to convert these challenges in to new opportunities.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join us on our journey. We aim to convert the 3 Sixty Care Partnership from an innovative solution to primary and community care integration to becoming the best in class in delivering primary and community care to our people, where they want it and when they want it.

The Operations Director will work with the Board of Directors and will be the driving force in making this happen. As well as enabling great services they will help us to build on our highly skilled care professionals to make 3 Sixty Care Partnership a name that people recognise for excellence in both workforce development and service provision. Our Operations Director will help us grow revenues as we grow services, so that we can secure our place as provider of choice for many years to come.
