A CCG based in the East Midlands is currently recruiting for a PMO Lead for an initial period of 3 months.

Key responsibilities within the Transformational Programme for this organisation will include:

• Delivering a PMO function that can coordinate and manage the Programme’s multiple work-streams of development and associated governance arrangements;
• Establishing and ensuring robust accountability and governance arrangements across the Transformation Programme;
• Ensuring internal and external assurance processes are in place and are being appropriately considered in the establishment and early implementation of the Transformation Programme;
• Leading and supporting colleagues with project/programme requirements including the development of plans; identification and management of risks, issues and dependencies;
• Ensuring the Programme’s system dashboard is maintained and updated regularly for presentations;
• Preparing regular Programme updates for other boards/ committees as needed, including securing prioritisation, scheduling and approval decisions.
