Our featured job of the week is for a high profile NHS organisation in the East of England who requires an interim Programme Director for 3 months in the first instance. This role will be under the framework and will be at band 8D/9.

This is a high profile role in a complex organisation that will require extensive stakeholder engagement.

• The successful candidate will manage the detailed planning and implementation of the programme, ensuring that key milestones in the project are achieved and that the required outcomes are met.
• The post holder will play a key role in the successful leadership of the organisation to implement the organisational objectives.
• Building a consensus around required solutions and creating the conditions locally in order to ensure their successful and sustainable implementation.
• The successful candidate will need to work with a wide range of senior external and internal stakeholders to deliver the activities essential to the success of the programme.
• Must have experience of operating at board level and will have already managed and delivered complex and strategic programmes.
