A Transformation Board set up by multiple stakeholders are looking for an interim Programme Director to set up the PMO and drive forward the strategic plan.

With a newly set up Transformation Board the combined stakeholders from the Health economy including all Providers and Commissioners are looking for someone to head up their joint programme office .

They will be looking to construct the joint (all local NHS organisations buying in) programme infrastructure through fixed term recruitment, but in the meantime they need an interim of Chief Executive calibre for the next 6 months to maintain momentum.

The Ideal Candidate will have: 

• Significant Board level experience within the NHS;
• Significant experience within various NHS sectors including both Provider and Commissioner;
• Significant PMO Director experience ideally working across a Health economy;
• Exceptional influencing, negotiating, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Excellent ability to engage all stakeholders including senior clinicians.
