SUCCESSIVE SUCCESS FOR ‘IMPRESSIVE’ FINEGREEN
Recruitment consultancy Finegreen Associates has been named Recruiter of the Year for the second year running in the prestigious national Health Investor Awards.
Judges praised the company for ‘powering ahead in an impressive array of activities’ both in the UK and internationally, focussing on recruitment to senior executive positions both in the NHS and private healthcare organisations.
They added that Finegreen had ‘simply demolished
the opposition by their sheer scale, momentum and enthusiasm’ – and that the
company’s ‘in-depth knowledge ensured they stood out from the competition’.
Finegreen’s ‘double’ also follows success in the Best Business Awards 2013, where the company was voted Best Small to Medium Sized Business.
Speaking about his company’s latest accolade, Finegreen Chief Executive Neil Fineberg said: “To win this sought-after award two years in a row sums up the consistency we have achieved over recent years – a consistency which has provided a solid base for us to grow into new areas, as was recognised by the judges.”
He added: “This is an extremely exciting, and challenging, time to be involved in recruiting to senior positions in the NHS, given the high leadership standards demanded following the Francis Report and appointment of a new head of NHS England.
“Our own engagement of senior advisors with top-level NHS experience places us in a prime position to play a part in this ratcheting up of standards, again as was recognised by the Health Investor judging panel.”
Neil summed up: “The award is also a mark of the commitment shown by all of our excellent staff to providing a high quality and innovative service.”
