‘PHENOMENAL’ FINEGREEN ‘SETTING NEW STANDARDS FOR RECRUITMENT’
It’s two major awards in a week for top recruitment company Finegreen Associates who have just picked up the 2104 Best Business Award for Small-Medium Sized Business – to add to earlier success in this year’s prestigious Health Investor awards.
This is the second year running that healthcare recruitment specialists Finegreen have won both awards – with the Best Business judges praising the company for “phenomenal growth…despite challenging economic conditions and NHS budget cuts over the last few years.”
The judges added: “With a strong emphasis on first-rate customer service, investing and supporting additional training for its staff, and nurturing and developing long-term relationships with clients, it has raised the bar in its industry and differentiated itself from competitors.
“Finegreen Associates has become a leader in its field and set new standards for the recruitment industry.”
Finegreen Chief Executive Neil Fineberg responded: “When we won the Best Business Award last year, the judges forecast that we would have a ‘brilliant future’, so it is excellent news that we have maintained those high standards in their eyes.
“One of the ways we have ‘differentiated from competitors’, in the judges’ words, is by including in our ranks advisors and managers with significant NHS track records – so that clients receive both expert recruitment and healthcare advice.”
He adds: “It is essential that we keep up this high level of performance, and innovation, if we are to play a part in ensuring that healthcare providers are recruiting high quality leaders, particularly at a time when NHS management is under unprecedented scrutiny in the wake of the Francis Report.”
