​Food for Progress reinforces sales with Jonas Borg as Head of Private Label & Joint Ventures

Swedish food company Food for Progress, with brands like Oumph! and Beat, hires Jonas Borg. Jonas has many years of sales experience in the food industry behind him and will now be responsible for the two existing business areas, Private Label and Joint Venture.

– Jonas will be a “new” old addition to Food for Progress' growing team. We welcome him back to the company that has changed fundamentally in the five years that Jonas has been in the service sector. Jonas' understanding of food production and background in complex service sales is a strong combination. Now, we will be able to better meet the ever-increasing interest in plant-based food, says Lennart Bjurström at Food for Progress.

Jonas Borg has a long history in the food industry, including at Food for Progress, and has the last few years been working with staffing and recruitment. As the title Head of Private Label & Joint Venture suggests, he will now be in charge of developing the two existing business areas, Private Label and Joint Venture, in Sweden and abroad. Jonas started on 4 December and is part of the company's sales team.

It will be a fun challenge to develop these two business areas, and help create excellent products for our existing and future customers, says Jonas Borg.
