Fortrus are delighted to be sponsoring the SEPT Star Awards, a staff recognition scheme that recognises and celebrates the achievements of staff who have provided excellent services, demonstrated that they truly have patients and carers interests at heart, have effectively met their needs, exceeded expectations and have delivered an exceptionally high quality of service.

South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) asked members of the public for nominations, to recognise and reward the achievements of exceptionally kind and committed staff.

All winners will be presented with an award and a certificate in recognition of their achievement by the Chief Executive and Chair of SEPT at the SEPT Star Awards Ceremony to be held on 18 November 2015 at the Blackshots Leisure Centre in Grays.
