Jan Roxendal appointed new interim CFO of Gambro

Jan Roxendal has been appointed interim CFO of Gambro effective September 1, 2011. He will replace Marika Fredriksson, currently CFO and Senior Vice President Finance of Gambro who has decided to leave Gambro.

“I am confident that Jan with his previous knowledge and understanding of Gambro will be a suitable replacement for Marika until a successor has been found.” says Ulf Mattsson, President and CEO of Gambro.

Jan Roxendal is well known within the group after recently having held the post as CEO Gambro Holding AB, subsequently Gambro AB, since May 2008. Jan was previously CEO of Intrum Justitia, Europe’s leading credit management services company with operations in more than twenty countries, and before that he was Executive Vice President of the ABB Group as well as CEO for ABB Financial Services between 1991-2002. Jan has also a banking background from SEB and Swedish Export Credit.
