Investigation into death of man in Brockenhurst

An investigation is ongoing following the death of a man in Brockenhurst.

Just after 1pm today (20 August) officers were called to a man in need of medical assistance at an address on Brookley Road.

The man subsequently died at the scene.

The cause of death is not known at this time and an investigation is ongoing.

A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody.
