Lesjöfors AB, subsidiary of Beijer Alma AB, acquires the Slovakian spring manufacturer Centrum B
Press Release May 13, 2013 15:00 BSTLesjöfors has with effect from May 1, 2013 signed an agreement to acquire the Slovakian spring manufacturer Centrum B. Centrum B has a broad base of customers mainly in the automotive business and other industries.
Lesjofors´ plant in Latvia has been involved in an interesting project of a new and innovative modular exposition system. The stylish, light-weight TreeFrame® system is environmental friendly and made from wood.
Swedish spring supplier Lesjöfors´ market has expanded towards the agricultural sector thanks to the acquisition of another German spring manufacturer. Meanwhile, we have a strong focus within the Group on improvements and development both in technology and service.
