Aussie Grand Parents Win Coveted Qsi Professional Driver Award in Best Start Up Chauffeur Company 1 year after arrival in the UK!

London SilverBlack won the Bronze award for Best Start Up at the Professional Driver Qsi Awards at last night’s Black Tie award ceremony held at the Effingham Park Hotel in Gatwick. London SilverBlack Chauffeurs is the brainchild of Sydney Grand Parents Bruce & Rhona Haley.

In announcing the award, Amanda Stretton, one of the UK’s leading female Motorsport and Motor industry presenters said, London SilverBlack ….. “had achieved so much in such a short space of time and may be a major player in the future”.

London SilverBlack was also named a finalist in the best Chauffeur Company (1-10 cars) award with Industry players who have been in the UK market for some time.

After relocating to London in August 2013, Bruce & Rhona started London SilverBlack in June 2014 with a lot of help from family members Lauren, Grant and Scott. With Bruce’s previous life as a Project Manager, he travelled extensively to deliver high profile business projects and the vibrancy of London, being close to Europe and the ability to travel to new destinations were great draw cards for their new venture.

Whilst there is a move within the industry towards ‘app’ chauffeur driven companies like Uber gaining huge momentum not just in London but globally, London SilverBlack is all about ‘bridging the gap with impeccable service’. They do this by offering their clients first class web and mobile applications developed with our software partner InSoftDEV, as well as old-fashioned, 24 hour first class personal service.
